We do accept Danish customers - we just dont have the Danish currency on the site.
We will soon release 5 more languages to the site - and then the Danish currency will be added as well.

Hi there,
We can manually credit the bonus for her that is no problem at all but strange that the welcome bonus did not work for her.
We have not received any requests for that to our support, so if she email support@playhippo.com from her email we will solve it - you can also PM me her username or support request ID that she should have received - then I can take a look at it.

Possiamo accreditarle manualmente il bonus, il che non è affatto un problema, ma è strano che il bonus di benvenuto non abbia funzionato per lei.
Non abbiamo ricevuto alcuna richiesta al nostro supporto, quindi se invia un'e-mail a support@playhippo.com dalla sua e-mail risolveremo il problema - puoi anche inviarmi in privato il suo nome utente o l'ID della richiesta di supporto che avrebbe dovuto ricevere - quindi posso prendere uno sguardo.
