Made a deposit with 21 grand casino this afternoon. Was playing 1 coin at .10 for a total of $1.50 per spin. I then switched to my usual 1 coin at .25 ($3.75) per spin and started having some success.
The software started giving me trouble shortly after.. it would give me an error and then send me back to the lobby. It kept happening so I logged out to play some poker.
I get back on and the .25 per line is completely gone from my slots, it only goes up to .10 per line... 
?
This is extremely odd to me, especially since I just posted that I only win on rivals by betting 3.75 per spin.

Support told me to email them as they need to ask Rival why this happened.. long story short I went busto and put it off.
If it wasnt hard enough to beat the slots.. now they are pulling this nonsense?
Anyone ever wonder if your IP is logged by RTG and Rival themselves? So, if you have made a few cashouts, the software recognizes you no matter what site you are on?

I do believe someone else mentioned something similar some time ago (your last sentence).
It's a very strange practice to remove an option at a higher bet but even weirder that they can do it "just like that".
Its very worrying thats for sure.
