Got an email today from Twist Casino. They offered me a 20.00 chip because todays my bday. I went to the site to claim it in chat like the email required me to do. I spoke with Andrew-sup, who told me I could only claim the chiip by sending me a photo ID that it was me. I told him that they should know it's me they sent me the email and that I didn't have a scanner, which I don't. He was kind enought to credit me anyway. Later that afternoon I decided to play my credits and low and behold they weren't there. I went to live chat and again, got Andrew. He told me that they appeared there for a few seconds and then disappeared because they would not give them to me without a valid ID.
Why would you send an email to your customer, ask them for their user name on chat, see that the email address I gave him and the user Id were infact one in the same customer, and then ask for proof????? 
I didn't realize I had to jump through hoops just to get a free chip........ pathetic

I am sorry you had to get treated like that on your birthday... did you go to any of the other casinos to get a chip... you have to ask most of them that give them. There are some suggestions in a thread here somewhere... you can do a search for Birthday Chips or similar.
And finally, I have to say is that this is very TWISTED!

Mi dispiace che tu abbia dovuto essere trattato così il giorno del tuo compleanno... sei andato in uno qualsiasi degli altri casinò per prendere una fiche... devi chiedere alla maggior parte di loro che te la danno. Ci sono alcuni suggerimenti in un thread qui da qualche parte... puoi fare una ricerca per Birthday Chips o simili.
E infine, devo dire che è davvero TWISTED!
