I had a withdrawl from them some time ago. It took me three months to get paid. I had to email them reguarly, and also go to live chat almost each and every day.
The good news is I did eventually get paid, but it took some work on my part, and entirerly longer than is acceptable in my opinion.
What sort of trouble are they giving you?
PMMHo avuto un ritiro da loro qualche tempo fa. Mi ci sono voluti tre mesi per essere pagato. Ho dovuto inviare loro email regolarmente e anche andare in chat dal vivo quasi ogni giorno.
La buona notizia è che alla fine sono stato pagato, ma c'è voluto un po' di lavoro da parte mia, e molto più a lungo di quanto fosse accettabile secondo me.
Che tipo di problemi ti stanno dando?

I was approved for a withdrawal two weeks ago (for real money won by playing a free chip) and was worried because they said it would only be 10 days. I'm not sure what to do from here.Grazie PMM per la risposta.
Mi è stato approvato il prelievo due settimane fa (per soldi veri vinti giocando un chip gratuito) ed ero preoccupato perché avevano detto che sarebbero passati solo 10 giorni. Non sono sicuro di cosa fare da qui. -

i have only a doubt regarding cirrus & c , a lot of people thank gods
for the free chips (work made to let forget about the vc group
rogue) , some people says that free chips are not cashed , some
other says that have payment problems ,some other not (maybe the virtual players), many say that a thousand
times with the free chip have won zillion dollars obviously not cashed due to an ocean of reasons
(winners sniping and survivor contest ^_^).
by the way i can say that i am receiving 10 emails a day regarding
the same coolcat freechip (puntually sent to spamcop)
i counted around 20 websites that sends to me the same email.
on my surroundings this is called spam , i understand everything but not spam >:( .Seems that the coolcat ,cirrus , palace of chance and all the other casinos of the group are trying everything to attract players on their casinos and that the 50% off or more season of the free chips will endure another year or more , this is like the mlm someone will be paid some other
later some other not is a risk in the risk , but we are gamblers we love the risk so who will be the next to deposit ?

per i chip gratuiti (lavoro fatto per far dimenticare il gruppo vc
canaglia), alcune persone dicono che i gettoni gratuiti non vengono incassati, altri
altri dicono che hanno problemi con i pagamenti, altri no (magari i giocatori virtuali), molti ne dicono mille
volte con il chip gratuito ho vinto milioni di dollari ovviamente non incassati per un oceano di ragioni (vincitori del concorso cecchino e sopravvissuto ^_^).
comunque posso dire che ricevo 10 email al giorno riguardo
lo stesso coolcat freechip (inviato puntualmente a spamcop)
ho contato circa 20 siti web che mi inviano la stessa email.
nel mio ambiente questo si chiama spam, capisco tutto ma non spam >:( .Sembra che coolcat, cirrus, Palace of Chance e tutti gli altri casinò del gruppo stiano facendo di tutto per attirare giocatori nei loro casinò e che il 50% una o più stagioni di chip gratuite dureranno un altro anno o più, questo è come il mlm qualcuno verrà pagato qualcun altro
più tardi qualche altro no è un rischio nel rischio, ma noi siamo giocatori d'azzardo e amiamo il rischio, quindi chi sarà il prossimo a depositare?

What i've seen is if you are doing all the right things you do get paid.. eventually, even a longer more eventually if you are trying for a free chip withdraw, my experience long long ago was with cirrus and prism yes i eventually got paid but i had to do the same as PMM did, and it took months, both withdraws were made on a deposit chip (i was a complete newbie).. any other rogue labeled casinos i did not get my money, and i eventually gave up
Quello che ho visto è che se stai facendo tutte le cose giuste vieni pagato... alla fine, anche di più eventualmente se stai cercando di ritirare un chip gratuito, la mia esperienza molto tempo fa era con cirri e prismi sì, alla fine sono stato pagato ma ho dovuto fare lo stesso di PMM, e ci sono voluti mesi, entrambi i prelievi sono stati effettuati su un chip di deposito (ero un principiante assoluto).. in qualsiasi altro casinò etichettato come canaglia non ho ricevuto i miei soldi e alla fine ho ha rinunciato

Im am saying im have been payed . . . this take me 1 month but finally im have the payment by MoneyGram. Im pick up $230 becouse $20 are in fee.
So im only saying they have slow payment but if u meet are conditions they pay,

Yes is fastidius wait too much time for cashout. But Is a Free chip so for me is fine.
