Whats probably going to go on is a lot of the newer casinos are probably going to be going out relatively quick. Unless if they had a strong financial backing from the get go. There's a lot of guessing because of held transactions. That a few of the newer sites aren't going to be able to make it.
Basically what happened is there going to possibly get there money assuming that these banks that processed the mastercard transactions, don't get hit with too big of fines. If they do get hit hard, the might not see a lick of it. Yet it still baffles me that they still haven't done whatever upgrades that are needed to make the response time from the server better tho.
