This is my first post ever, so I hope I am doing it right! I have played just about ALL the USA casino's there are out there. On Feb.22, I was playing a free tournament at Bet Phoenix. In the middle of the game it said I won the mini jackpot of $305.20. I immediately got on live chat with Sam and he said the computers were down and he had to check. He also said that playing on a free tournament, I was not eligible for the jackpot? The next morning I called them and was told there computer was still down, BUT if I have made a deposit in the last 30 days, I did win.(Which I had). After a couple days, I called back and was told again by Sam this is not true. Can someone out there find out for me? This does not seem fair at all! Wish someone would suggest a casino game that is fair and will pay when you win. This is the second time this has happened to me!

Tournament play jackpots won only help you win the tournament. That's it. Just like if you have 10,000 dollars in the tournament, it doesn't mean anything. The only thing that counts is that your score is higher than others and you are in one of the spots that pays...e.g. 1st, 2nd, 3rd.
Any casino game is usually fair, for the most part, depending on where you are playing. Always know the terms of any bonuses, and remember a tournament awards the winners with a prize, not their "balance".
It's all a learning experience. It is very exciting to win a major or minor jackpot, but in a tourney, it really just boosts your balance a little to help you place in the winner's circle!I jackpot vinti nei tornei ti aiutano solo a vincere il torneo. Hi Diane,
Unfortunately when you are playing in a tourney you are not eligible for any Random or Minor jackpot. Only the credits go towards your total. All tourneys operate in this fashion. Just if you were to win a big hit on the reels. You would not technically win the cash amount it goes towards your credit score

Sfortunatamente quando giochi in un torneo non hai diritto a nessun jackpot casuale o minore. Solo i crediti contribuiscono al tuo totale. Tutti i tornei funzionano in questo modo. Solo se dovessi vincere un grosso successo sui rulli. Tecnicamente non vinceresti l'importo in contanti destinato al tuo punteggio di credito
