    On October 20, 2010 my withdrawal was approved for $252.00 (got lucky in a free roll smiley), no restrictions on the withdrawal...but was told could only be sent by wire transfer even though I have deposited in the pasy with QT (usemywalet) anyway...filled out all the info for the wire transfer withdrawal...6 to 10 WORKING daysm smiley
    on day 9 (yesterday, Nov 2) I receive an email stating that the wire transfer was returned by my bank ( for what reasons I have no idea) I was more that a little annoyed...contacted Natalia from withdrawalsand asked if it was possible to use an alternate withdrawal method ( QT )...after a few back and forth emails with Natalia...The funds were deposited to my QT account today, Nov 3, 2010.
    They realized the mistake and rectified the problem immidiately.

    IMO if you have a problem and treat them with respect and courtesy things seem to work out for the best.

    Il 20 ottobre 2010 il mio prelievo è stato approvato per $ 252,00 (ho avuto fortuna in un free roll smiley ), nessuna restrizione sul prelievo... ma mi è stato detto che poteva essere inviato solo tramite bonifico bancario anche se ho comunque depositato sul conto con QT (usemywalet)... ho compilato tutte le informazioni per il prelievo tramite bonifico bancario... Da 6 a 10 giorni LAVORATIVI mq smiley
    il giorno 9 (ieri, 2 novembre) ho ricevuto un'e-mail in cui si informava che il bonifico bancario era stato restituito dalla mia banca (per quali motivi non ne ho idea). Ero più che un po' seccato... ho contattato Natalia dei prelievi e ho chiesto se era È possibile utilizzare un metodo di prelievo alternativo (QT)... dopo alcune e-mail avanti e indietro con Natalia... I fondi sono stati depositati sul mio conto QT oggi, 3 novembre 2010.
    Si sono resi conto dell'errore e hanno risolto immediatamente il problema.

    IMO se hai un problema e lo tratti con rispetto e cortesia, le cose sembrano funzionare per il meglio.

    LOL!!! That just reminded me of an incodent that happened 2 me last week at another forum.

    I posted a ND Bonus on LCB & about 10 minutes later I noticed that some1 had copied & pasted WORD 4 WORD what I had posted here on another gambling site, so I made the comment " OH WOW!     LOL!!! Questo mi ha ricordato un incidente accaduto a me la settimana scorsa in un altro forum.

    Ho pubblicato un bonus ND su LCB e circa 10 minuti dopo ho notato che qualcuno aveva copiato e incollato WORD 4 WORD quello che avevo pubblicato qui su un altro sito di gioco d'azzardo, quindi ho fatto il commento "OH WOW! Qualcuno ha appena pubblicato WORD 4 WORD quello che ho pubblicato su un altro sito del forum." Beh......sono tornato circa 30 minuti più tardi e 3 o 4 persone mi hanno fatto 2 RAZZ rispondendo a questo........."OH WOW! Qualcuno ha appena postato PAROLA 4 PAROLA di quello che ho postato su un altro sito del forum." laugh_out_loud
