Made a cashout of $1500 on my first deposit with Manhattan Slots last night. Informed support I would have my doc's in today and sent them thismorning. Apparently they didnt get the doc's for one reason or another (funny how that always happens) and asked me to send them again, meanwhile canceled my withdrawal and placed the money back in my account.
Do they do this thinking I am dumb enough to spin it away until they get the doc's approved? Kind of insulting.
Anyhow, just wanted to know if you have had them decline it when your doc's are supposedly not in?

I've only had two RTG cashins. The first was at Rushmore for $2500. I inquired about the withdrawal process and they said you have to have your documents accepted BEFORE you withdrawal. So I waited until they were accepted before I withdrew the money. Maybe that is what is going on with yours. BTW Congratulations! You need to share your secrets! Good luck!

They reversed my withdrawal until my docs were approved the first time as well. The payout was real quick once I got my docs in though. Had the funds in my ewallet the next day. The only time manhattan slots has taken more than a day for me since then was if the withdrawal was on a weekend.

With some RTG's it is standard practice (and in their terms and conditions) to reverse withdrawals if you are not "approved" to make a withdrawal. By approved I mean docs in and accepted.
blueCon alcuni RTG è pratica standard (e nei loro termini e condizioni) annullare i prelievi se non sei "approvato" a effettuare un prelievo. Per approvato intendo documenti inseriti e accettati.

lol, you are not alone, they rejected my docs many many times and they will keep rejecting it until you get your docs like the way they wanted. I suggest you to read this thread below which how I got my docs accepted by clubworld. gl

I had no problems with Manhattan with my doc. I scanned them all and sent by email. Then everything was fine.
I think scanned doc must be the best.Ciao a tutti.
Non ho avuto problemi con Manhattan con il mio dottore. Li ho scansionati tutti e li ho inviati via e-mail. Poi è andato tutto bene.
Penso che il documento scansionato debba essere il migliore.
