I am sorry but I have to disagee. I met the requirements to cash out on a free nd code and was paid. I was not hastled at all. I was sent a MoneyGram check and cashed no problem. I didn't expect to get paid when I made the withdrawl request and kind of just forgot about it - but 2 weeks later they contacted me via email and notified me the check had been sent. I was suprised but I have to defend them - THEY DID HOLD UP THEIR END OF THE BONUS.

I never dealt with trying to cashout w/them, but just a bit of info..with the casinos overseas, a lot of them refer to the routing number of your band\k acct as 'swfit code'. Thats all that is. Hope it helps a little bit & good luck getting paid

Same story here too. Cashed out in October 20th, and I keep being told that I will recieve my money, they don't know what the hold up is, but that all my information is in. I am told that to recieve more information about my withdrawl I would have to talk to the accounts department... which does not have a phone line, you can only email them... and good luck getting any sort of response. Even if I will be waiting forever it would be nice to know some sort of time frame with which I can be expected to see my money.
