I asked Susan in Grand Eagle live help earlier about existing medals. She told me that existing "old" medals would not be counted for this promotion.
She said that only medals earned on the days of the promotion (Monday-Thursday)- won in compliance with, and in accordance to the requirements of this promotion- would be accredited.
As I understood; I believe all medals will be accredited, and rewards redeemed this Friday.
This presents a bit of a problem: I already have diamond medals on my 2 favorite slots. If they are not redeemed, can I then earn any additional medals on those slots during promotion play?

It is also interesting how narrowly the rewards requirements are specified relative to the last medals promo.
As I read it, you can win, at most 1 reward per day (and $20 deposit). The reward will be for the single highest medal earned that day over all the games.

That's how I'm reading it also. If you happen to receive 6 medals (yeah, right) in one day, only the highest medal will be awarded.
If you deposit $20, the most you can win on medals, with a min. bet of $2, is $150.
I wouldn't complain about getting $150. I think they changed the rules after giving out so much free cash during the last medal promotion.surfista,
