    I cashed out on a free chip at the VIP Lounge about a month and a half ago (been approved but still waiting to get paid). Anyway, I had comps that I wanted to redeem and to do that you have to go to live chat and request it. So, I went into the live chat and requested my comps. They would not redeem my comps saying that I had to first make a deposit! Keep in mind that I have deposited several times at this casino. What the heck! Needless to say I wasn't very happy with that. Has this happenned to anyone else?

Ad ogni modo, avevo dei comp che volevo riscattare e per farlo devi andare in live chat e richiederlo. Quindi, sono entrato nella chat dal vivo e ho richiesto i miei comps. Non avrebbero riscattato i miei punti dicendo che dovevo prima effettuare un deposito! Tieni presente che ho depositato più volte in questo casinò. Che diamine! Inutile dire che non ne sono rimasto molto soddisfatto. È successo a qualcun altro?

    So che a Cirrus, quando aspettavo di essere pagato, non mi era permesso usare nessun chip gratuito, o i miei punti comp, quindi forse è stata una buona cosa che non ti fosse permesso in quel momento. Temo di non capire la necessità di depositare prima di riceverli, mi sembra strano e non ne avevo mai sentito parlare prima. Mai. Forse li vedono come "gratuiti" e la tua ultima transazione era anche il chip gratuito con cui hai vinto, quindi questo spiegherebbe loro che vogliono che tu depositi. Sai, non ci sono due gettoni gratis di fila. Per me ha senso... PMM2008

    IMHO...comps should be redeemable at any time as long as you have enough to redeem. It should not matter whether your last transaction was a free chip or not. My comps are from deposits as well so I should be able to redeem them any time I want you know? Just really sick of them making up the rules as they go along to suit their own agenda!

    IMHO... i comps dovrebbero essere riscattabili in qualsiasi momento purché tu ne abbia abbastanza da riscattare. Non dovrebbe importare se la tua ultima transazione era un chip gratuito o meno. Anche i miei comp provengono dai depositi, quindi dovrei essere in grado di riscattarli in qualsiasi momento, lo sai? Sono davvero stufo di loro che inventano le regole mentre vanno avanti per soddisfare i propri programmi!
