I cashed out on a free chip at the VIP Lounge about a month and a half ago (been approved but still waiting to get paid). Anyway, I had comps that I wanted to redeem and to do that you have to go to live chat and request it. So, I went into the live chat and requested my comps. They would not redeem my comps saying that I had to first make a deposit! Keep in mind that I have deposited several times at this casino. What the heck! Needless to say I wasn't very happy with that. Has this happenned to anyone else?

I do know at Cirrus when I was waiting to get paid I was not allowed to use any free chips, or my comp points, so maybe it was a good thing you were not allowed to at this time. I'm afraid I do not understand about having to deposit before getting them, that seems odd, and I have never heard of that before. Never. Perhaps they see them as "free" and your last transaction was also the free chip you won with so that would explain them wanting you to deposit. You know, no two free chips in a row. That makes sense to me... PMM2008

IMHO...comps should be redeemable at any time as long as you have enough to redeem. It should not matter whether your last transaction was a free chip or not. My comps are from deposits as well so I should be able to redeem them any time I want you know? Just really sick of them making up the rules as they go along to suit their own agenda!
IMHO... i comps dovrebbero essere riscattabili in qualsiasi momento purché tu ne abbia abbastanza da riscattare. Non dovrebbe importare se la tua ultima transazione era un chip gratuito o meno. Anche i miei comp provengono dai depositi, quindi dovrei essere in grado di riscattarli in qualsiasi momento, lo sai? Sono davvero stufo di loro che inventano le regole mentre vanno avanti per soddisfare i propri programmi!
