hallo, ich habe mal eine andere frage, undzwar habe ich bei casino sieger, mich angemeldet ist aber schon ewig her, jetzt erst aber mich mit dokumenten verivieziert, prtoblem ist die schreiben mir ich bekomme einfach kein geld, gibt es hoffnung irgendwas machen zu können ? danke jetzt schon mal für die mühen, mfg

Du schreibst, das Casino schreibt dir, dass du kein Geld bekommst. Hat der Support dir dazu gar keine Begründung gegeben? 

Du kannst mir eine Nachricht mit allen Details zu dem Fall schicken, dann fragen wir für dich beim Casino einmal nach. Wir brauchen in jedem Fall deinen Nutzernamen im Casino Sieger, das Datum der Auszahlungsanforderung und falls vorhanden, die Begründung, weshalb sich das Casino weigert, dich auszuzahlen.

danke für die hilfe, ich habe mehrmals mein ausweis kontodaten usw einreichen müssen, weil immer etwas nicht 100% richtig wahr, z.B. geldkarte hatte ich nicht unterschrieben oder ich bin umgezogen und die adreesen wahren nicht übereinstimment, nach 2 wochen hatte ich alles superrichtig und save, da kamm die nachricht, es wird sich nochmal jemand melden der wiso und weshalb sagten, kamm aber noch keine info. das ist es so im groben.
