    It was not in my account and when i asked live chat where it was . they said i already had it. which i never i had just logged in.
    then live chat dissapeared.

    poi la chat dal vivo è scomparsa.

    They then said it was an error
    I told them its not MY error so wher is my free chip.
    It smells like another scam
