Same thing happened to me...downloaded, registered my new account and LOCKED OUT...and now I've been waiting for 20 minutes for live chat to "check my account". I just hope this hasn't a complete waste of time.

My fears were confirmed...waste of time. After waiting for almost 45 minutes to find out why I was locked out...Live Chat told me to try it again. Well...the joke was on me. I was able to get in only to find "New Promotions Are Coming Soon!". If being vague, unhelpful and wastinig people's time is their primary objective then they've succeeded!

Vegas Aces download software crashes a lot. I reinstalled it twice--could not access the slots, sometimes would not let me log on--and "errors on the server" messages all the time.Il software di download di Vegas Aces si blocca spesso. I played the ND bonus ( the same way i played nd bonuses on other RIVAL casinos ) . I won playing slots , so maximum cashout is 81$ or something like that . I contacted support , and asked why the moneybookers withdraw won`t work ( they told me that the techs are looking into it , the other day )
So today i tried to cash out , i sent my scanned id and stuff , and the guy from live support told me that i can`t withdraw via moneybookers , because i never deposited . So i said ok ... ill deposit the minimum ammount , no problem ( thinking that its like standard procedure on all rival casinos ) Ok ... looks like i was wrong . Support told me that i can`t fund my account if i curently have funds ( i was like wtf
) So basically he told me that i can`t cash out .
Anyway ... try to stay away ... and be careful if you decide to use your own money ...o "Jack, il ragazzo dell'assistenza dal vivo" non ha idea di cosa sta parlando o questo casinò è un canaglia.

Quindi ho detto ok... depositerò l'importo minimo, nessun problema (pensando che sia la procedura standard su tutti i casinò rivali) Ok... sembra che mi sbagliassi. L'assistenza mi ha detto che non posso finanziare il mio account se attualmente dispongo di fondi (ho pensato che caspita ) Quindi in pratica mi ha detto che non posso incassare.
Comunque...cerca di stare lontano...e fai attenzione se decidi di usare i tuoi soldi... -

I'm not too trusting of this casino as of yet. I had trouble downloading but finally succeeded. Then my account was locked out. Contacted chat and one of the things they asked me for was my password. I gave it to them only because I never use the same password anywhere. Then I had no promo available either. Chat told me it's because of a tech issue with the servers. anyone who was opening an account at the same time their server crashed is having the same issues I did. Is anyone else having this much trouble with this place?

I tried Vegas Aces. Had *lots* of problems with "connecting with server"--as the error message read. Sometimes I couldn't log on, when I could the game choices weren't there...then there were the error messages while I was playing the games. Moreover there were the same problems after uninstalling and re-installing the software twice. Could not wait to end the experience!
