i just wanted to ask if mods or staff could contact this casino and see if they can start changing the way they treat there valued depositing customers.
i play in this casino a hell of a lot and deposit hundreds and hundreds, and all we ever get is 5 free spin things and or very very rarely about once every 3 or 5 months i get gives £2 or £3 bonus money i mean it is crazy bad, that this casino just cant give there depositing customers anything.
another thing, i just thought about we are paying the staff and support and they cant be nice to us and treat us well, i find this unfair.
i see a lot of people say they dont like depositing in casinos that dont reward us and give us freebies on occasion or when we ask on occasion, but mrgreen i just dont think understand this part of being a casino, i think they just like to take take take and just give 5 free spins or £2 or £3 and they think that is fair, when it is a insult to people that deposit hundreds
i wonder how they treat the players that deposit thousands and thousands at a time, do they get nothing too?????
why you may ask do i continue here, well its simple it is the only net entertainment casino i got my ID done in, yes a lot of net entertainment casinos are probly the same
but mrgreen is one of the best out there and it saddens me that they can not reward us players
i mean yes i know casinos have there own bonuses policys
like mrgreen say we like to reward our customers with the free spins campaigns
but these are not always just for depositers, sometimes none depositers get access to them too. so you see, we actually lose out, and if we do not get the emails too which is another thing that happens in this casino and quite frankly i find that not good too in its own right, then we would miss out of them unless we didnt check this forum too, but i noticed that when some campaigns was running at mrgreen for like a week in the past some times the thread only got made with like 1 day to go because they got the email saying it ends in 1 day, because everyone didnt even get the emails saying it started so no thread was made, so anyway that was just an example
so i just wish mrgreen casino would gfet there act together and start treating there customers with more value
and on another side note
WITHDRAWS - i find this crazy too, if you do a withdraw, - they cant flush it (crazy i know right, - but wait for this, they actually ask you to ask them to temp close your account until the withdraw gets done - lmao i know, its crazy, i dont understand how they dont have a system to flush withdraws and this is the only way by temp closing accounts lol)
just wanted to say that
i hope they sort the withdraw issue up too and also make them faster
