Hey if there is a maximum bet rule why dont they just make it so you can not wager that amount, and why change the rules and retro actively apply them when someone cashes out

I also have read this and actually commented as it took my attention in such a way that made me think that casino do not understand simple English or if they do, then the only reason I can think of is they just don't want to pay or they have no money to pay the winner. This must be given priority by LCB. If they really are fair and not one sided. We'll see.
