Hey everyone,
I have been looking for a withdrawal I made to my Visa on the 28/04/2011 >:D, after invesitgation with the processor etc, turns out my money was sitting in a holding account with my Bank. 
I am in New Zealand, not sure if its just happening here, but my bank told me they have been inundated with customers looking for their money, turns out Visa has changed the way they process and have not notified receiving banks.
So if your looking for your bucks try your Bank especially if your in NZ, 
call disputed card transactions and they can locate and process your money.

The transaction type is a new method of transferring money implemented in mid April. Visa would never introduce a new transaction type without notification. It's up to the issuer of the card or software provider to ensure that their systems can accept such a transaction (coding etc.). I was given advanced notice of upcoming Visa technical changes a minimum of 6 months in advance at the bank I worked for.

Il tipo di transazione è un nuovo metodo di trasferimento di denaro implementato a metà aprile. Visa non introdurrebbe mai un nuovo tipo di transazione senza notifica. Spetta all'emittente della carta o al fornitore del software garantire che i propri sistemi possano accettare tale transazione (codificazione, ecc.). Yes Froggy that appears to be the case, my bank here in New Zealand says they were nt aware of the changes in processing until they were inundated with calls from customers, which they are working with Visa to resolve, I actually thought my casino was being dodgy lol all has turned out well.
Sì, Froggy, sembra essere così, la mia banca qui in Nuova Zelanda dice che non erano a conoscenza dei cambiamenti nell'elaborazione finché non sono stati inondati di chiamate da parte dei clienti, cosa che stanno lavorando con Visa per risolvere, in realtà pensavo che il mio casinò fosse stato lol lol è andato tutto bene.
