While I do agree with a few others that the customer service is great there, I'm afraid I will NOT be playing there anymore...I was given a $50 free chip and was told the max cashout for it was $50.00. Well after I made the ridiculous playthrough I went to cashout and was told I didn't have enough money to cashout because there is a FOURTY DOLLAR withdraw fee to have your funds transfered to quicktender....$40, is completely outrageous for a $50 cashout. I have made many, many cashouts using quicktender [of course I reversed them all like an idiot] and have never been charged a penny for it! Even wire transfer have never costed more than $25.00, I hate to know what they charge for those.................

I spoke with support and I was indeed told that your FIRST withdrawl is free, but everyone thereafter I would be charged....too bad I blew the money before I found out, but either way $40 is steep and I am not about to pay a casino to get my winnings at least not for a quicktender withdraw....that's almost a total of $100 bucks just to get your money when you add quicktender fee's on top of it!
