hi all,
this morning i logged in to check my emails like i always do and seen one from klaver casino which i am a member.
When i looked at this email however i quickly realised that it was not meant for me having someone elses username and real name on it!!
I am now very worried that someone else is receiving my emails from Klaver and what other details could they be getting??
I consider this a very big breech of a casino's security we count on them to keep our details secure and not to send them on to other ppl >:(
I have sent a message to support straight away and i am waiting for them to get back to me with an explanation but there is one very unhappy and worried customer sat here right now

una volta con me è successo lo stesso, ma dal gruppo Casino Rewards, mi hanno inviato un'e-mail, dove c'era un altro nome e cognome e dicevano che questo utente ha ancora 100 $ nel suo conto, me lo stavo chiedendo, ma l'ho semplicemente cancellato.. perché non c'erano informazioni sulla data di nascita o sull'indirizzo..

no password thankfully but it is worrying what if they requested a password change and it went to someone elses mail. they still havent replied to me either on the matter which i think is terrible.
nessuna password per fortuna, ma è preoccupante cosa accadrebbe se richiedessero una modifica della password e venisse inviata alla posta di qualcun altro. non mi hanno ancora risposto sulla questione che penso sia terribile. -

Thank goodness for that re the passowrd. Sorry to hear you've not had a reply. Did you try their online support form - it says 2 hour response time. Visit their website and click on "support" and you can see the form there.

Grazie a Dio per quella è la password. Mi dispiace sapere che non hai avuto risposta. Hai provato il modulo di supporto online: dice un tempo di risposta di 2 ore. Visita il loro sito web e fai clic su "supporto" e potrai vedere il modulo lì.
