i just picked up my pc from the shop and they downloaded maleware and antispy programs on it,now i cant get into my rtgs 
:'( if some1 knows how to bypass this please let me know thanks

On my antispyware program there is a page to configure the settings that has an option to "ignore" certain programs. Play around with the settings and you should find an option that lets you decide what to do when the program finds spyware/malware on your computor. Make sure you tick the box "always for this program" if it asks you how often you want to ignore the spyware, Depending on the casino I have had to totally shut down my antispyware and firewall temporarily just so that the option to ignore it in the future comes up. When you have access to your casinos again just turn the antispyware back on.
Nel mio programma antispyware è presente una pagina per configurare le impostazioni che contiene un'opzione per "ignorare" determinati programmi. Gioca con le impostazioni e dovresti trovare un'opzione che ti permetta di decidere cosa fare quando il programma rileva spyware/malware sul tuo computer. Assicurati di selezionare la casella "sempre per questo programma" se ti viene chiesto quanto spesso desideri ignorare lo spyware. A seconda del casinò, ho dovuto disattivare temporaneamente completamente il mio antispyware e il firewall solo per avere l'opzione di ignorarlo il futuro si presenta. Quando avrai di nuovo accesso ai tuoi casinò, riattiva l'antispyware.

Cause sometimes it matters but not always.
Anyway, if you have a time, check here...
First I suggest you to disable all your anti virus program for temporary and go to the tool box...here is an example.

Comunque se hai tempo controlla qui...
Per prima cosa ti suggerisco di disabilitare temporaneamente tutti i tuoi programmi antivirus e di andare nella casella degli strumenti... ecco un esempio.
