another reason to avoid these casinos stick to land based i know i know its easier don`t have to drive but at least you get paid right away with them no more jerking you around with chatty cathy lol

I wouldnt be happy with that answer either susieq45, especialy i wouldnt be happy about the fact that they sent you an offer which they did not honored.
On the other hand, way too many other casinos do that as well, if you had your winnings cashed out they will not give you any free chips. However, a decent casino will state such rule in their terms and conditions.Neanche io sarei felice di questa risposta, susieq45, soprattutto non sarei felice del fatto che ti abbiano inviato un'offerta che non hanno onorato.
