I was so happy to see that LCB had a tester to see that Chumba Social Casino was all about. I don't know if it is ok to post this in this section, but wanted to give you my perspective.
I have played at Chumba for a few years now. They are a great social casino and their games are fun and graphics are amazing. I have won many times and withdrew many times. They are fast and easy once you have been verified.
I have my winnings sent to my Paypal Prepaid account, as I usually use my card from there.
As of late I really like Skrill a lot, but you can't deposit with a Visa, as skrill says you can't use the funds to gamble. But, they have bank deposits 2-3 days and or instant using your Master Card.
I must say though that Chumba used to respond so well to players and I received bonuses "free SC" in my email. I have heard by reading facebook posts that no one is getting those anymore.
They also used to have a great response time in helping you, but that now is few and far between. Better to ask on their facebook page.
I do feel however that their shortcoming, in not answering any zendesk tickets in a timely fashion is not the best, as communication is high priority for me, just like any other casino, in my rating of the integrity of the casino.
With that being said and that part is a negative. I will still play at Chumba because of the fast payouts and winning frequently. Besides, I love their games, they are irresistible, fun and never boring.
