Quando accedo al mio conto qui, i 7 euro vengono addebitati al negozio.
Che cosa è andato storto?

Hallo Agnes,
Es kann bis zu zwei Tage dauern, bis dein Einkauf im Shop an das Casino übermittelt wird. Bitte melde dich bei mir, wenn es drei Werktage nach dem Kauf noch nicht gutgeschrieben wurde.

Wie bereits richtig darüber informiert wurde musst du dich da jeweils etwas gedulden, weil das ist kein instant Webshop wo alles direkt automatisch gutgeschrieben wird ;)

Come già spiegato correttamente, bisogna avere pazienza perché questo non è un negozio online istantaneo in cui tutto viene accreditato direttamente e automaticamente ;)

As was already correctly informed, you have to be patient because this is not an instant webshop where everything is credited directly and automatically ;)
