    It's not about the significant amount of the money but the fact that you were over charged and I think they need to know and if proven, give you back the amount...unfortunately in order to do that they do require for the proof of the charge statement.

    Mi dispiace tanto che ti sia successo questo. Penso di aver visto che qualcun altro aveva lo stesso problema ma al momento non ricordo dove.
    Comunque posso chiederti perché non vuoi provare a recuperare la differenza?
    Non si tratta dell'importo significativo del denaro, ma del fatto che ti è stato addebitato un importo eccessivo e penso che debbano saperlo e, se dimostrato, restituirti l'importo... sfortunatamente per farlo richiedono la prova dell'avvenuto pagamento dichiarazione di addebito.

    I think it could of been handled a bit better then it was by live chat. I think it was obvious you were upset and that should of been picked up and "gary" could of tried to calm you down a bit more then simply asking for a statement.

    By all means you should of sent that statement in. It may not be a lot of money but it is your money regardless. I have never seen nor heard of this before and if it is a new procedure then support should be aware of it and be ready to address it.

    Let's hope the rep here on board can shed a little more light on it for you.

    Penso che la cosa avrebbe potuto essere gestita un po' meglio rispetto alla chat dal vivo. Penso che fosse ovvio che eri arrabbiato e che la cosa avrebbe dovuto essere presa in considerazione e "Gary" avrebbe potuto cercare di calmarti un po' di più invece di chiedere semplicemente una dichiarazione.

    Sicuramente dovresti inviare quella dichiarazione. Potrebbero non essere molti soldi ma sono soldi tuoi a prescindere. Non ne ho mai visto né sentito parlare prima e, se si tratta di una nuova procedura, il supporto dovrebbe esserne consapevole ed essere pronto ad affrontarla.

    Speriamo che il rappresentante qui a bordo possa farvi un po' più di luce sulla questione.
