Casino Shell has stopped working
A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.

Hi everyone,
Has anyone else had this happen? I have never had a problem downloading RTG casinos, and installing them, playing in them. I had this first happen several months ago, and nobody I asked knew how to fix it, I now am on a different computer, a laptop with Windows 8.1 and it is still doing it, so it is not the computer, I have actually heard online some others had this, when I did a search but no on knew how to fix it, I actually chatted with Las Vegas USA security and they said they did not know how to fix it, theirs was fine, I have tried all other or many RTG downloaded casinos but they are not working, Has anyone had this happen and how did you fix it? thank you,

A qualcun altro è successo questo? Non ho mai avuto problemi a scaricare i casinò RTG, installarli e giocarci. Questo è successo per la prima volta diversi mesi fa e nessuno a cui ho chiesto sapeva come risolverlo, ora sono su un altro computer, un laptop con Windows 8.1 e lo fa ancora, quindi non è il computer, in realtà ho sentito online alcuni altri avevano questo, quando ho fatto una ricerca ma nessuno sapeva come risolverlo, in realtà ho chattato con la sicurezza di Las Vegas USA e hanno detto che non sapevano come risolverlo, il loro andava bene, ho provato tutti gli altri o molti casinò RTG hanno scaricato ma non funzionano. A qualcuno è successo questo e come lo avete risolto? Grazie,

Hope you are well ,
I assume that you've tried everything (re-installing ,cleaning the registry ..)and still doesn't work.These are the instructions which you usually get when this or some similar problem occurs.However I've experienced the same problem recently and none of this has helped me .
Than we tried with RTG support and the result was the same (they have tested remotely everything ,made some changes ).
Please note that we experienced this problem on several computers in the office and we've found that when you connect from different router everything works 100% .
My advice would be to reboot your router and try to access the Casino .
This works for me and hope it would work for you too.

Presumo che tu abbia provato di tutto (reinstallare, pulire il registro...) e ancora non funzioni. Queste sono le istruzioni che di solito ottieni quando si verifica questo o un problema simile. Tuttavia ho riscontrato lo stesso problema recentemente e niente di tutto questo mi ha aiutato.
Poi abbiamo provato con il supporto RTG e il risultato è stato lo stesso (hanno testato tutto in remoto e apportato alcune modifiche).
Tieni presente che abbiamo riscontrato questo problema su diversi computer in ufficio e abbiamo scoperto che quando ti connetti da un router diverso tutto funziona al 100%.
Il mio consiglio è di riavviare il router e provare ad accedere al Casinò.
Questo funziona per me e spero che funzioni anche per te.

Thank you for sharing your problem here. I am also facing the same problem and looked for the solution have you got it fixed? I will try today with another router. Hope it will work for me also. Also do you know some affiliate website online casinos?

If that don't work...You can always restore you computer back to a date when you last able to logon to a casino.
Se questo non funziona... Puoi sempre ripristinare il tuo computer alla data in cui sei riuscito ad accedere per l'ultima volta a un casinò.

I fixed it. sort of, I used the RTG Casino, download it and played. I went into a restaurant that has Wifi and connected with my Laptop and tried to download it there, and it worked. I think Mikey told me to do something like this, so I tried it and it worked, thanks Mikey!
I then played awhile while having a snack and coffee and everything worked. I left the downloaded version on my computer and went back home, connnected to my internet via Wifi and I received the same message...
Casino Shell not working or stopped working,
I cannot play here at my house with this connection, I may called the Internet company to see what they have to say or what I could do to play here, at my house, so as it stands now, I can download RTG and play if I am not using the connection at my house.
I suggest for now if you really want to play RTG and have a laptop you can take it to wireless places and have a coffee and play, hook up to their connection and play away see if this works for you.
I will see if i can figure out how to fix this so I can play here at my house, by calling my Internet company

L'ho riparato. più o meno, ho usato RTG Casino, l'ho scaricato e ho giocato. Sono entrato in un ristorante dotato di Wi-Fi e connesso al mio laptop e ho provato a scaricarlo lì e ha funzionato. Penso che Mikey mi abbia detto di fare qualcosa del genere, quindi l'ho provato e ha funzionato, grazie Mikey!
Poi ho giocato un po' mentre prendevo uno spuntino e un caffè e tutto ha funzionato. Ho lasciato la versione scaricata sul mio computer e sono tornato a casa, mi sono connesso a Internet tramite Wifi e ho ricevuto lo stesso messaggio...

Non posso giocare qui a casa mia con questa connessione, potrei chiamare la società Internet per vedere cosa hanno da dire o cosa potrei fare per giocare qui, a casa mia, così com'è adesso, posso scaricare RTG e giocare se Non utilizzo la connessione a casa mia.
Per ora ti suggerisco se vuoi davvero giocare a RTG e hai un laptop, puoi portarlo in luoghi wireless, prendere un caffè e giocare, collegarti alla loro connessione e giocare per vedere se funziona per te.
Vedrò se riesco a capire come risolvere questo problema in modo da poter giocare qui a casa mia, chiamando la mia compagnia Internet
