I was wondering if anyone else here got a 'feeling' that at certain casinos (online) the CS Reps may all be one person? It just seems funny how at a particular casino I play at, although the reps go by all different names, I feel some may actually be one.
Does this make sense to anyone else? Or am I just being kookie?

LOL..Yeah. I'm there daily.. and now there quite a few 'new ones'...my favorite was 'Emma' and 'Anna'. And my vip manager 'Neil' has been on vacation for about 2 weeks now, and 'Angela' has taken over. But when I ask her, or one of the girls when Neil is returning, no one ever gives me a straight answer.
Funny, the other day, There was a brand new 'girl' and I said 'Oh you must be new' and she said 'Yes, I'm a new one'. It just seems weird. And my 'favorites' seem to not be around much anymore. :-\
And they all call me 'dear' 'hun' or leave 'surprises especially from me' in my acct when chatting w/them. And the manager is never 'in the office'.
I love the casino...support is fabulous, and I am treated top-shelf by them.... or is it just 1 or 2 people .....hmmmmm.....LOL...Sì. Sono lì tutti i giorni... e ora ce ne sono parecchi "nuovi"... i miei preferiti erano "Emma" e "Anna". E il mio manager VIP "Neil" è in vacanza da circa 2 settimane e "Angela" ha preso il suo posto. Ma quando chiedo a lei, o a una delle ragazze quando Neil ritorna, nessuno mi dà mai una risposta diretta.
Divertente, l'altro giorno, c'era una "ragazza" nuova di zecca e io ho detto "Oh, devi essere nuova" e lei ha detto "Sì, sono nuova". Sembra proprio strano. E i miei "preferiti" sembrano non essere più molto in giro. :-\
E tutti mi chiamano "caro" "tena" o lasciano "sorprese soprattutto da parte mia" nel mio account quando chatto con loro. E il manager non è mai “in ufficio”.
Adoro il casinò... il supporto è favoloso e mi trattano in modo eccellente... o sono solo 1 o 2 persone.....hmmmmm..... -

lol, I know exactly what casino you are talking about.
Gosh, wouldnt that be wierd if you were correct? How would only 2 people be able to handle all the work though. Thats a busy casino.
They all do seem to talk the same, with the little phrases like "Hun and "Dear" I get that too.
I never thought of it before you said something, and now I am really wondering. lol
Perhaps we will never know.

Sembra che parlino tutti allo stesso modo, lo capisco anche con le piccole frasi come "Unno e "Caro".
Non ci avevo mai pensato prima che tu dicessi qualcosa, e ora me lo chiedo davvero. lol
Forse non lo sapremo mai.

I have always had that feeling to, what i think is that some customers get attached to the reps maybe asking for a little to much always depending that they will get something, so in order to balance that out they switch up names or make brand new.. they act with personality to much the same, you can change the name but not the person.. just my thoughts.
Thing is we cannot call them and match up voices if we could we can find out for sure lol
Other then that, they might have scripts that they ALL follow...Ho sempre avuto questa sensazione, quello che penso è che alcuni clienti si affezionano ai rappresentanti magari chiedendo un po' troppo sempre a seconda che otterranno qualcosa, quindi per bilanciare questo problema cambiano nome o ne creano di nuovi .. agiscono con personalità più o meno allo stesso modo, puoi cambiare il nome ma non la persona.. solo i miei pensieri.
Il fatto è che non possiamo chiamarli e abbinare le voci se potessimo, possiamo scoprirlo con certezza lol
A parte questo, potrebbero avere degli script che TUTTI seguono...
