I don't understand why they would do that and yes, it's definitely in breach of confidentiality.
I would certainly be complaining and asking for an explanation as to why they revealed this information to a third party. I know he's your husband, but he is still a third party.

I spoke to a manager who agreed that yes, it was a breach. She apologized profusley, made no excuses and comped my account for the trouble.
The support person did know he was speaking with my husband, not me.
Now... Can I ask a moderator to possibly delete all these posts?
Even though I was wronged, I don't want to be a griper since they DID resolve the issue, the best was they could.Grazie a entrambi.
