BITcasino.io has pissed me off so many times. Every promotion is just a scam theyre not provably fair and all their customer support agents are useless. Their current scam of a supposed promo is a jackpot wheel that if you play 20 euro on games from certain providers you get a spin on the wheel. But then you look and see that the wheel is only activated twice a day and that you have to be signed to be able to get to use your spins. Then you notice that in the terms you need to have opened the wheel in order for the money you play to be counted towards your spins. Now on the there has been a wheel icon added tthat you click on to access the wheel. All day this icon is there, you can click on it and it opens a window saying the times the wheel will be active. Now i live in canada and the times the wheel is active is not at a time im, usually able to play. But i was today and i figured all my play would get me quite a few spins. Nope in order to have your money count towards the promo the wheel needs to be active and you have to have opened it first. If you cant see how much of an illusion of a promotion you would have to be blind.
