argocasino non paga

Hallo, folgendes problem. Ich habe mit neteller eingezahlt und wollte jetzt eine Auszahlung mit neteller machen.

Allerdings geht eine Auszahlung nur an ein Bitcoinkonto oder Kreditkarten.

Es gibt massig Möglichkeiten einzuzahlen, was auch super funktioniert, aber bei der Auszahlung kommt das böse erwachen. 

Übrigens. Ich hatte den Support per Mail vor 2 Wochen angeschrieben, keine Antwort bekommen. Chatmitarbeiter hilft auch nicht, kam mir vor dass ich der 1000 mit dem Problem war.

Jemand eine Idee?

letztlich ist es Sache des Casinos, welche Zahlungsmethoden es akzeptiert, aber es ist in der Tat ziemlich irreführend, wenn diverse gängige Einzahlungsmethode akzeptiert werden, aber nur zwei davon für Auszahlungen akzeptiert werden. Ich habe mir die AGB der Seite einmal angesehen und auch dort wird das Thema geschickt ausgespart. Ich nehme an, du hast keine Visa Karte? Ich bezweifle, dass das Casino das Geld unterschlagen will, aber Kundenfreundlichkeit geht natürlich anders.

Ich weiß nicht, ob wir da eine Handhabe haben, aber du kannst mir einmal deinen Usernamen im Argo Casino schicken und dann haken wir bei dem Anbieter einmal nach.

Ultimately it is up to the casino which payment methods they accept, but it is actually quite misleading if various common deposit methods are accepted but only two of them are accepted for withdrawals. I took a look at the terms and conditions of the site and the topic is cleverly left out there too. I assume you don't have a Visa card? I doubt that the casino wants to embezzle the money, but customer friendliness is of course different.

wir haben mit dem Casino Kontakt aufgenommen. Laut Aussage unseres Kontaktes gibt es aktuell technische Schwierigkeiten mit dem Anbieter, der die Zahlungen für das Casino über Neteller abwickelt. Man arbeite daran, das Problem zu beheben, sodass in Zukunft auch wieder Auszahlungen über Neteller möglich sein sollen. Was das genau bedeutet, kann ich dir nicht genau sagen, aber wenn du ein wenig Geduld hast, würde ich wahrscheinlich noch ein bisschen abwarten, bevor du dir extra für den Zweck eine Kreditkarte zulegst, die dann vielleicht auch erst durch eine zusätzliche Einzahlung verifiziert werden muss.

we have contacted the casino. According to our contact, there are currently technical difficulties with the provider that processes payments for the casino via Neteller. We are working on fixing the problem so that payouts via Neteller will be possible again in the future. Neteller geht nach wie vor nicht. Wenn man auszahlen über neteller anklickt, Kommt die Nachricht. "Sie müssen erst eine Einzahlung über Neteller machen"

Aber Einzahlung über neteller geht nicht.

Über Kreditkarte möchte ich nicht auszahlen, ich weiß nicht wie sicher das ist.

Ansonsten gibt es keine Möglichkeit. Ziemlich über das Casino.

Ich weiß nicht mehr mit was ich eingezahlt habe.
