Splitting the 2 best hands. Out of 30 hands I won 0. What are the olds of that happening? I asked Win Palace to supply me a copy of my hand history. They said they will have to request them and send them to me.

I've tried this game in fun mode online but had no clue what I was doing. Winning nothing in 30 hands doesn't sound too good though. I did find some odds but it does not stipulate "online" Pai Gow:

I play quite a bit of online PaiGow and have never had a string of bad luck like that... I find it usually goes their way for a few hands, then my way for a few hands and there are a lot of ties which are ok with me since it is just a wash and you don't lose your money, just have a chance to play again...
One thing about your situation though is that would not happen to me because if they get hand after hand in about 5 or 6 hands I stop because they are hot or I am cold or they are rigging it, any of which makes me go try something else...

Gioco parecchio a PaiGow online e non ho mai avuto una serie di sfortune del genere... Trovo che di solito vada a modo loro per poche mani, poi a me per poche mani e ci sono molti pareggi che sono ok per me dato che è solo un lavaggio e non perdi i tuoi soldi, abbi solo la possibilità di giocare di nuovo...
Una cosa della tua situazione, però, è che a me non succederebbe perché se si mettono mano dopo mano in circa 5 o 6 mani mi fermo perché hanno caldo o io ho freddo o stanno truccando, tutto ciò mi fa andare a provare qualcosa altro...
