    having been a client of ladbrokes for over 15 yrs and a vip member for 10 yrs you would think a subsidiary company such as ace kingdom would be able to accept me as legitimite but no they want an id .

    so i send them around 20 different photos of docs and pictures of me including holding my id by tthe side of my face taken by a pro photographer and the say they cant authenticate the photo...oh and i have my winnings from the playthrough to come to me after being id'd...strange that they owe me money but cant identify me

    ...anyway after toing and froing with ace kingdom and ladbrokes who by the way are the dept who id docs (you send the info on a ladbrokes id form) ...ace ..kingdom dont have an id dept.

    I have now sent an email foa the managing director of ladbrokes...i await the outcome...so this is a warning to anyone joining this casino dont be surprised if they refuse your id .

    essendo cliente di Ladbrokes da oltre 15 anni e membro VIP da 10 anni, penseresti che una società controllata come Ace Kingdom sarebbe in grado di accettarmi come legittimo, ma no, vogliono un documento d'identità.

    quindi mando loro circa 20 diverse foto di documenti e foto di me, incluso tenere il mio documento d'identità accanto al viso, scattate da un fotografo professionista e dire che non possono autenticare la foto... oh, e ho le mie vincite dal playthrough a vieni da me dopo essere stato identificato... strano che mi debbano dei soldi ma non riescano a identificarmi

    ... comunque dopo aver fatto avanti e indietro con Ace Kingdom e Ladbrokes che tra l'altro sono il dipartimento che identifica i documenti (invii le informazioni su un modulo di identificazione di Ladbrokes) ... Ace ... Kingdom non ha un dipartimento di identificazione.

    Ora ho inviato un'e-mail all'amministratore delegato di ladbrokes... attendo l'esito... quindi questo è un avvertimento per chiunque si unisca a questo casinò: non sorprenderti se rifiutano il tuo ID.

    sembra che ti abbiano preso in giro. Quando dicono che non possono autenticare la tua foto, cosa intendono esattamente? non è abbastanza chiaro o qualcosa del genere>?
