HI I don't know if everyone knows this already, but I used the $5 on Scratch2cash, lost it months ago. Anyway I made a deposit and got the 100% and it was supposed to be 20x playthrough on the bonus. So I went to cash out and it said I hadn't made playthrough, so I talked to live support and they said I had to play the $5 through 20 times after my deposit (so an extra $100 pt) even though like I said it was gone months before I even thought about depositing!!! I think that's just rude :-\

Non so se tutti lo sanno già, ma ho usato i $5 su Scratch2cash e li ho persi mesi fa. Ad ogni modo, ho effettuato un deposito e ho ottenuto il 100% e il bonus avrebbe dovuto essere 20x playthrough. Quindi sono andato a incassare e mi è stato detto che non avevo effettuato il gioco, quindi ho parlato con l'assistenza dal vivo e mi hanno detto che dovevo giocare da $ 5 a 20 volte dopo il mio deposito (quindi $ 100 pt extra) anche se, come ho detto, se n'era andato mesi prima ancora che pensassi di depositare!!! Penso che sia semplicemente scortese :-\
