Congratulations on your dealt Royal on a multi line game, and on that game no less!!! I have played millions of hands and have yet to have one dealt on a multi line game!!!

2) No, the odds are not greater when playing multiple lines. The machine is random and does not factor in the fact that you are playing more lines. The odds of a deal royal remains the same.
3) Holding inside straights would always be on the draw (-; The answer is.. IT DEPENDS on what game you are playing and what the payable is. As a general rule of thumb, when playing a jacks or better game where the 2 pair only pays 1 back (even money) instead of 2 for 1. YOU DO GO FOR THE INSIDE STRAIGHT DRAW. However, it's oftentimes on the very bottom of the strategy chart just above a redraw. Again, this will also depend on the payable most of the time a straight will pay 4 for 1. When it pays 5 for one it becomes a much stoner play to go for the inside draw. I see you were playing a game that inside straights could very well be a hold, I cant see the entire payable, so that's just a educated guess. When playing a game like 9/6 jacks or better(it pays 2 for back for 2 pair) You very rarely go for an inside straight. Here is an example of one you would go for the inside straight draw.( 9♣ K♦ Q♥ J♠ 4♣)<<< discard the 4 of clubs and hold the King, Nine, Queen, Jack) (notice the 3 high pay cards, that's what makes this a hold)
4) We can't know who's right or wrong without knowing what game you are talking about. There are some games where you would hold a kicker with 3 aces dealt, because the Aces with a kicker pays a significant amount.
5) In most games you should be holding the King, Queen off suit in many cases. Again, this will on what game you are playing and what the rest of the hand consists of. For example: on a 9/6 jacks or better all the way down to a 6/5 jacks or better and many other variations (9♣ K♦ Q♥ 2♠ 4♣) <<<hold the King of diamonds and the Queen of hearts.
There are many diffrent types of video poker games and various pay-tables on each one. I suggest learning basic strategy for jacks or better, double bonus, and deuces wild. Once you have those down, it will go along way for all the various other VP games and pay tables you come across. 2) No, le probabilità non sono maggiori quando si gioca su più linee. La macchina è casuale e non tiene conto del fatto che stai giocando su più linee. Le probabilità di un accordo reale rimangono le stesse.
3) Tenere una scala interna significherebbe sempre un pareggio (-; La risposta è.. DIPENDE da quale gioco stai giocando e qual è il pagamento. Come regola generale, quando giochi a un gioco con jack o migliore in cui il 2 la coppia paga solo 1 indietro (alla pari) invece di 2 per 1. SI PUÒ EFFETTUARE L'INSIDE STRAIGHT DRAW. Tuttavia, spesso si trova in fondo alla tabella della strategia, appena sopra un redraw. Anche in questo caso, ciò dipenderà anche dal pagamento la maggior parte delle volte una scala pagherà 4 per 1. Quando paga 5 per 1 diventa una giocata molto da sballati cercare la scala interna. Vedo che stavi giocando a un gioco in cui la scala interna potrebbe benissimo essere una presa, non posso vedere l'intero pagamento, quindi è solo un'ipotesi plausibile. Quando si gioca a un gioco come 9/6 jack o migliore (paga 2 per schiena per 2 coppie) molto raramente si sceglie una scala interna.
