It was the first free chip i redeemed at Cirrus casino and met the playthrough and all then i talked to the Chat host and told him if i can withdrawal the $250 and he said the most i can withdrawal was $150 from the free chip, and he said to just email him my documents and they will send my check through overnight express. Then all of a sudden today some other chat host took my money away and said you aint getting nothing from us since you won with a free chip he said why dont you play with your real money first to show me your a real player and said nobody wins with our free chips thats our money put your money in then we'll see then he said im gonna kick you out of this casino if you keep complaining and i kept on trying to find out why he took my money and then they kick me out. THEY'RE A FRAUD.

Sorry to hear that happened. For the most part when playing a free chip...a deposit is required before a withdrawl can be made.
Cirrus has got a pretty bad reputation and is considered rogue. For more reliabe and trustworthy casinos....read players comments in the casino forum. Also there is a list of "Top Ten Casinos".

Cirrus has said they are affiliated with 20 other casinos, I had won at Cirrus with a the free chip but they said i played too many free chips at palace of chance thats why they weren't gonna pay me, Im kinda new here and never would have thought they were related to many other casinos,They should write that on the T&C. Like the saying goes if its to good to be true it probably is.
