Hi, it’s your friendly host Natasha again and I’ll guide you through the next video test report, where one of our players, Cactus12, encountered some serious difficulties with verification.
The casino is called WinLegends.
The test could’ve lasted only a couple of hours. But that’s where it gets interesting. The verification procedure extended from December 8th to 27th, 2022.
Let’s see what caused the hindrance and whether it could’ve been avoided somehow.
REGISTRATION
The test kicked off on Thursday, December 8th. Our player signed up with WinLegends Casino in the usual way – by creating an account and entering the required personal data, such as country of residence, currency, address, as well as some contact details.
After that step, our player was redirected to the cashier, where it is possible to instantly top up with default amounts of 20, 100, 250, 500, 600, and 700, or select something friendlier for the budget.
Among the available payment options are credit cards, e-wallets, and cryptocurrencies. Moving on!
DEPOSITING
Our player selected Bitpace as their payment gateway of choice. After typing in €250 in the deposit box and rejecting the initial bonus, WinLegends started to process their Bitcoin transaction.
In case you register here and want to ditch the welcome offer, there is an option to “Play without bonus” in the drop-down menu located under the deposit box.
Within minutes, the transaction was sent to WinLegends and it amounted exactly 0.0158 BTC when converted on December 8th, the same day as registering.
Oh, by the way, there is a minimum deposit of €20 and a maximum of €2000 on this site, as indicated in the cashier.
VERIFICATION
There are two parts of verification, one took place right after depositing and the other one during playing.
Sensing that there might be a bunch of wins during their stay at WinLegends, our player decided to slow things down and verify the account. Our tester uploaded a screenshot of their passport, a selfie, and proof of residence, just like required.
Cactus12, however, never received a message about the verification process, which they considered to be a good sign.
Furthermore, selfie is an automated process where one must scan their entire face to complete. It is instantly accepted as part of the verification process.
Once everything else was uploaded, the casino informed our tester that the process of verification (also known as KYC) had started. The account verification can take up to 24 hours from the receipt of the necessary documents.
We’ll go back to the second phase of verifying later.
GAMING
Thinking that everything runs smoothly with KYC, our player and tester, returned to playing slots. They continued to chase some wins with Dungeon Tower MultiMax by Yggdrasil (Peter & Sons).
In just a few spins, a win of €21.50 made the balance look quite untouched, as it was back at €243.12 after quite a few losses in between.
Since nothing else happened, our player gave chance to DIO – Killing the Dragon by Play’n GO and some other slots like:

Unbelievably, the balance was still holding at €200.81 even after playing all these games. But, as luck would have it, things started to change for the better with Beauty & The Beast, another great hit from Yggdrasil.
It is here that Cactus12 struck their biggest win of €121.10 only not the first and second time they played it, but the third!
With budget almost at the starting point (€227.23) our player was once again ready to find some new wins.
Cactus12 tried playing Fairy Gate and Wild Tome of the Woods by Quickspin, but all the other picks weren’t so fruitful, and after giving Goldilocks, Lucha Maniacs, and Alchymedes a chance, the entire budget fell to just €50.14, and you know what that means.
The withdrawal was imminent. Or at least that’s what our player thought.
WITHDRAWAL… AND VERIFICATION
Before we continue, it is important to keep the track of time and remind you that the withdrawal was requested on the same day as registering, depositing, and playing, December 8th.
Our player wanted to withdraw their entire balance from the cashier by using the same gateway and cryptocurrency – Bitcoin. Once there, you will notice that the minimum limit is €50 while the maximum ends already with €1000, which is quite low.
Still, once our tester entered their EWallet number to complete the transaction, a pop-up message about verification showed up on screen, telling our tester that one of the uploaded documents (proof of residence) didn’t meet the necessary criteria.
Cactus12 was asked to try another document and complete the verification process.
Our player contacted customer support to learn more about the problem, but was instructed to request a list of documents for verification from the casino, indicate login in the game, and share their first and last name.
That email was sent on December 9th, 2022. In the attachment was a new bill for cable TV. It is important to mention that proof of residence was approved at the time of sending the email.
Amazingly, on December 15th, our player’s proof of residence was suddenly not approved anymore.
After exchanging several emails with the casino and its verification team, all documents were finally accepted and deemed acceptable BUT on December 26th, 2022. That’s 18 days after the registration!!!
We have to be fair though and state that it turned out that the mobile utility bill was not a valid document for verification at WinLegends. However, it is not clearly stipulated in the T&C. In case you use this data to get verified, avoid it at this casino to get your withdrawals faster.
The withdrawal of €50 in Bitcoin was finally completed on December 27th after receiving an email about a successful verification.
CONCLUSION
Even though the test was completed in less than 36 hours, practically speaking, our player had to go through a 19-day marathon before cashing in a minor €50 withdrawal over at WinLegends Casino.
Caused primarily by strict KYC policies and the casino’s non-stipulated rule that a mobile utility bill can’t be used for verification, the withdrawal might have lasted even longer.
We can say that the test was a success with some minor obstacles along the way.

REGISTRAZIONE
Il test è iniziato giovedì 8 dicembre. Il nostro giocatore si è registrato su WinLegends Casino nel modo consueto: creando un account e inserendo i dati personali richiesti, come paese di residenza, valuta, indirizzo e alcuni recapiti.
Dopo questo passaggio, il nostro giocatore è stato reindirizzato alla cassa, dove è possibile ricaricare immediatamente con importi predefiniti di 20, 100, 250, 500, 600 e 700, oppure selezionare qualcosa di più conveniente per il proprio budget.

DEPOSITO
Il nostro giocatore ha scelto Bitpace come gateway di pagamento preferito. Dopo aver inserito 250 € nella casella di deposito e aver rifiutato il bonus iniziale, WinLegends ha iniziato a elaborare la transazione Bitcoin.
Se ti registri qui e vuoi abbandonare l'offerta di benvenuto, nel menu a tendina situato sotto la casella di deposito troverai l'opzione "Gioca senza bonus".
Nel giro di pochi minuti, la transazione è stata inviata a WinLegends e ammontava esattamente a 0,0158 BTC al momento della conversione, avvenuta l'8 dicembre, lo stesso giorno della registrazione.
Ah, a proposito, su questo sito il deposito minimo è di 20 € e il massimo di 2000 €, come indicato nella cassa.
VERIFICA
La verifica avviene in due fasi: una avviene subito dopo il deposito e l'altra durante il gioco.
Intuendo che avrebbe potuto ottenere molte vincite durante il suo soggiorno su WinLegends, il nostro giocatore ha deciso di rallentare e verificare l'account. Il nostro tester ha caricato uno screenshot del suo passaporto, un selfie e un documento di residenza, proprio come richiesto.
Cactus12, tuttavia, non ha mai ricevuto alcun messaggio relativo al processo di verifica, il che è stato considerato un buon segno.
Inoltre, il selfie è un processo automatizzato in cui è necessario scansionare l'intero viso per completarlo. Viene immediatamente accettato come parte del processo di verifica.

Incredibilmente, il saldo era ancora fermo a 200,81 € anche dopo aver giocato a tutti questi giochi. Ma, per pura coincidenza, le cose hanno iniziato a cambiare in meglio con "La Bella e la Bestia", un altro grande successo di Yggdrasil.
È qui che Cactus12 ha ottenuto la sua vincita più grande, pari a 121,10 €, non la prima e la seconda volta che ci ha giocato, bensì la terza!
Con un budget quasi al punto di partenza (€227,23) il nostro giocatore era di nuovo pronto a trovare nuove vincite.
Cactus12 ha provato a giocare a Fairy Gate e Wild Tome of the Woods di Quickspin, ma tutte le altre scelte non sono state così fruttuose e, dopo aver dato una possibilità a Goldilocks, Lucha Maniacs e Alchymedes, l'intero budget è sceso a soli 50,14 €, e sapete cosa significa.

RITIRO… E VERIFICA
Prima di continuare, è importante tenere traccia del tempo e ricordarti che il prelievo è stato richiesto lo stesso giorno della registrazione, del deposito e del gioco, l'8 dicembre.
Il nostro giocatore voleva prelevare l'intero saldo dalla cassa utilizzando lo stesso gateway e la stessa criptovaluta: Bitcoin. Una volta lì, noterai che il limite minimo è di 50 €, mentre il massimo è già di 1000 €, un importo piuttosto basso.
Tuttavia, una volta che il nostro tester ha inserito il numero del suo EWallet per completare la transazione, sullo schermo è apparso un messaggio pop-up sulla verifica, che informava il nostro tester che uno dei documenti caricati (prova di residenza) non soddisfaceva i criteri necessari.
A Cactus12 è stato chiesto di provare un altro documento e di completare il processo di verifica.
Il nostro giocatore ha contattato l'assistenza clienti per saperne di più sul problema, ma gli è stato chiesto di richiedere al casinò un elenco di documenti per la verifica, di indicare le credenziali di accesso al gioco e di condividere il proprio nome e cognome.
L'e-mail è stata inviata il 9 dicembre 2022. In allegato c'era una nuova bolletta per la TV via cavo. È importante sottolineare che la prova di residenza è stata approvata al momento dell'invio dell'e-mail.
Incredibilmente, il 15 dicembre, la prova di residenza del nostro giocatore non è stata più approvata.
Dopo aver scambiato diverse e-mail con il casinò e il suo team di verifica, tutti i documenti sono stati finalmente accettati e ritenuti accettabili MA il 26 dicembre 2022. Sono passati 18 giorni dalla registrazione!!!

CONCLUSIONE
Anche se il test è stato completato in meno di 36 ore, in pratica il nostro giocatore ha dovuto affrontare una maratona di 19 giorni prima di riuscire a incassare un piccolo prelievo di 50 € su WinLegends Casino.
Causato principalmente dalle rigide politiche KYC e dalla regola non stipulata dal casinò secondo cui la bolletta di un servizio di telefonia mobile non può essere utilizzata per la verifica, il prelievo avrebbe potuto durare anche più a lungo.
Possiamo dire che il test è stato un successo, nonostante alcuni piccoli ostacoli incontrati lungo il percorso.
