Searching the terms, he found nothing about a daily limit. The site does state that if a balance is 10× larger than the total deposits, a €5,000 monthly limit applies (Terms 9.6). Still confused, he contacted support via live chat.
The agent explained that his daily withdrawal limit was 170.26€, linked to his VIP level (level 11). This was lower than his original deposit amount. When he asked if his level could be raised to allow one full withdrawal, the answer was no — only increasing his VIP level could change the limit.
Faced with no alternative, he withdrew in parts:
170€ on July 26, 2025 (processed as 169.99€)
170€ on July 27, 2025 (processed as 169.94€)
81€ on July 29, 2025 (processed as 80.99€)
The first two withdrawals arrived on July 28, and the third the next day, July 29.
Conclusion
The slots session delivered some great wins, but the withdrawal stage was far from smooth. While the payments were ultimately received quickly, the restrictions and multi-transaction process made it more stressful than expected.
