Withdrawal
While attempting to make a cashout request of EUR 650 via Skrill on May 12, 2025 the tester was notified that the withdrawal limit was exceeded. Upon checking the Terms, he discovered that the limit for his loyalty level amounted to EUR 500 per day.
He requested to withdraw EUR 500, and a day later, another one amounting to EUR 150, both via Skrill.
As no money arrived after three days, he reached out to the customer support department on May 15, 2025, to inquire about the delay. He was told that processing time for withdrawal requests is 3 days from the NEXT DAY a cashout request was placed.
The tester concluded that the first transaction was supposed to be completed on that day, which the agent confirmed, asking him to wait until the end of the day.
As expected and promised, the first request was credited on that day, and the remaining part of EUR 150 a day later, on May 16, 2025.
Cashout options are as abundant as deposit methods. Withdrawals are returned via the same method as the one used for withdrawal, whenever possible. (Terms 6.2)
The minimum and maximum withdrawal amount per day and month depend on the player’s loyalty level.
Mandatory wagering is 1x the deposit amount. If this condition is not met, a fee will be charged. (Terms 6.8)
Processing time for withdrawals is 3 business days after the request was made, which is in line with what the support agent noted when the tester contacted them. Keep in mind that the financial department has limited working hours. (Terms 6.15)

Il tester concluse che la prima transazione avrebbe dovuto essere completata quel giorno, cosa che l'agente confermò, chiedendogli di attendere fino alla fine della giornata.
Come previsto e promesso, la prima richiesta è stata accreditata quel giorno e la parte rimanente di 150 euro il giorno dopo, il 16 maggio 2025.
