Instead, the tester took a screenshot of his Skrill account with all information visible, as a proof
of deposit. Fortunately, this document was approved.
Another email received, this time requesting a screenshot of his full Skrill profile, with all
necessary information visible. He was again notified that the payment method must be used for
a deposit before being available for withdrawal.
He did what he was asked to, and submitted a withdrawal request of $103.91 via Mastercard
once again. Unfortunately, his withdrawal was cancelled once again.
This time around an email stated he needs to upload a proof of deposit, as well as photos of the
front and back of his card used for withdrawal.
The tester uploaded the requested photos and submitted a withdrawal request of $103.91
again.
Finally, after almost a week of going back and forth with the support team and having multiple
withdrawal requests cancelled, he got an email stating his cash-out request was approved.
At last, the tester opened his Skrill account and found out that $100 was received.
