I m not to sure where to post about this issue/problem/complaint/warning, if I am not in the right place please let me know. Since last Friday March 18th 2022, I have been having issues with Neosurf. 1st: was the site had crashed (depositing at all casinos). 2nd: no response when contacting to get info about not being able to use my vouchers. 3rd: 1 casino that I tried to deposit directed me to open an account on the Neosurf site, so I did. I then added my vouchers to my account, but was still unable to deposit at any casinos. So I waited till Saturday, they had sent me an email stating that they were having alot of tech issues & they were trying to fix the problem ASAP. BUT then when I tried to go & login to my neosurf account I was unable, with a popup saying my account was blocked, with no explanation nor any response to my 6 emails. I did scan my ID and sent them. And now Monday the 21st they have been completely silent no response any where. So now I have no idea what to do or to contact to get my money realised. If anyone can help me with this would be much appreciated. Thank you.
