I am trying to cash out from Inetbet, I got lucky for 2013 and have around $600.00 I would like to withdraw. I emailed them regarding issuing a check or could I use Pay My Card which I thought might be a good option. They told me I had to withdraw the same way I deposited. I have never heard of this before from them and I usually use EZ Voucher to deposit which I could not withdraw to anyway. This time I used Mypaylinq so it could be withdrawn to them but I would rather have a check.
Anyone have any info on this or because I don't win very often is this normal??

It is usual to have to withdraw the same way you deposited. The only exception would be if you won a progressive jackpot (that's what I normally read anyway).
blueÈ normale dover prelevare nello stesso modo in cui hai depositato. L'unica eccezione sarebbe se vincessi un jackpot progressivo (questo è quello che leggo normalmente comunque).

I would try and either chat with them again or email them and tell them your predicament. They will hopefully come up with a solution for you.
