    Got a question about RTG Soft, I Notice recently that went you open the main windows it's not full there's a windows inside the windows, it only get full screen went we play slot.
    But the main menu is smaller then the windows of the whole program
    I've try many RTG casino with same problem.at any resolution, there's still a windows inside the main windows.
    Kind of buggy, love the slot but soft is so unresponsive they should upgrade it, the my only complain.
    It crash a lot, we get disconnect from server from time to time.

    I've never deposited and I'm 5th now. I suppose that depositing to increase my position cannot grant me any winning because I've never deposited before starting the tournment, correct?

    I've never deposited and I'm 5th now. I suppose that depositing to increase my position cannot grant me any winning because I've never deposited before starting the tournment, correct?


    If you make a deposit before you get any winnings, then I see no reason why you can't cash out your winnings from the freeroll.  I can double check though.

    Livechat: Yes, you can play a tournament without having deposited before.
    Me: but winnings are cashable or not?
    Livechat: Once you have deposited to play in a Tournament, the winnings are normally credited to your casino account.
    ...

    I don't think live chat is talking about a freeroll

    "Livechat: Once you have deposited to play in a Tournament, the winnings are normally credited to your casino account..."

    The words "....deposited to play in a tournament" are the relevant words here.  We are talking about a freeroll not a tourney you buy into.

    I'm waiting on a reply from the rep who I guess is not at work today.

    The livechat assistant (very kind and gentle) talked with her rep many times before replying, we had a long conversation, more than 30 minutes and i've shown her the freeroll and my position and this forum thread too, she assured me that i can, and that the rule shown here is not part of their t&c wink

    I'm still 6th. Minimum deposit is 5$ with skrill. But each rebuy costs 2.20$ so i could deposit 11$ to have 5 re-buys to increase my position until the 4th (more seems impossible), considering that the minimum cashout is 25$ and with the 6th position i cannot reach it. I will try, i think, in the last hours (hoping to remember it). It seems an ebay auction  laugh_out_loud

    Yesterday evening some hours before the ending i've bought two add-ons (4.40$) to increase my position to 5th. Each add-on has ended very fast, one minute only, and free spins from the freeroll were pending (with a low stake) so i lost 30 seconds. But at the end i've been lucky enough to go to the 5th position, the highest that i could reach (the first fourth were quite impossible). Kattboots didn't appreciate my lastminute auction and during the night increased her position, and i've fallen to 6th. hysterical
    I've proved that it's possible to win freeroll with a little 5$ deposit (2 add-ons) without having deposited before (as livechat assistant confirmed me). It's my first tournment won.
    Minimum cashout is 25$ so i will wait another tournment to reach that amount or i will think something to increase the balance.
    Nice experience at the end. Thanks LCB!!!  money
