I also tried to get the $75 deposit, but they told me that I couldn't get it, and  To call them, so I just deleted the program.  I was a first time user, as well.  Any ideas, other than having to call?  I have a hard time hearing on the phone....

I signed up in March, requested the bonus and was told there was an email link, which I never received. I never pursued further but would like to now. I am fairly certain I used the LCB link to download, knowing that this is necessary to get bonuses,,,

Stephen was at the chat with me today and he did say that he contacted the support and they told him that he didn't sign up through our link but I know he did because I gave him our,LCB exclusive link to him...I suggested him to contact you with his user i.d.

I signed up through the link in bluemondays original post and did not recieve the bonus, I contacted support and was told I did not sign up through the proper link but that they would go ahead and delete my account so I could sttart over and create my account through the proper link, so I tried the link posted in the thread by bluemonday responding to another person having the same issue. where he says "sign up through thid link.. _________" and was told the same thing, I have now had my account deleted and re-signed up 4 times for sure, possibly even five at this point ive lost track but I know that its been atleast 4 times and still the same problem? This is so rediculous, if someone can help me my ID name for my casino account is the same as my handle here Bsharp1966.
