I really do not like the way this contest was run.  I do not think it was fair to me or maybe Jamiek also...I do not know his circumstance.

Anyway..here it is the way I see it.

I entered this contest in good faith, I do not participate in many freechips/or promotions, but once in a while like one I see.  I did participate in the last one at Cocoa, with NO Problems.

#7 Of the rules say it is open to all players
#8 Players Must be in Good Standing with the casino...I asked chat..they said I was, only not bonus eligible, can still play with no problems.

#10 The casino holds the right to deny the bonus. 

This leads me to believe I can be in the contest, and just not receive the bonus,
This is what Jaxon said at first, I could not receive the bonus, which I was ok with.

I deposited $135. in good faith, there was $600. to be won, only 2 prizes were given.

I should have been considered in this contest, and this is BOGUS!!!

At the very least the terms are ambiguous, and are in conflict, and I should have been allowed to participate.

Rule 9. Player must be bonus eligible.  You have to be able to give the right answer to all the rules not just some of them.

As you know you are not bonus eligible and if you're not bonus eligible he can't post it to your account.

I didn't know before I made my deposit.  I have never been bonus ineligble before.

When I went in there, I asked the lady Kate in the chat room why, and she could not tell me, only said I could still play there, and they don't have to tell me.

I never would have made these deposits if I couldn't be in the contest.  This sucks.
I don't care about rule #9, they should not have taken my deposits if I could not be in.  It says OPEN TO ALL PLAYERS, not just the bonus eligible ones.  What this means to me is I cannot receive the bonus, not I cannot be in the contest.  These are two different things.
I did NOT receive the bonus, which I begrudingly accepted, but then I also got knocked out of the contest too for no reason...this is not fair. :'( :'( :'(
