You might want to try flushing your dns (google how to flush dns if you don't already know it).

I wonder if all those 3 sites are in the same group or hosted on the same server?  Their bonuses all have the same WR and they are all RTG casinos.

It took me three or four attempts clicking on LCB's link, but it did eventually begin the download manager for Pure Vegas!  Once that process started the code worked perfect for my $20 ND!

For the second time in my life at A online casino, I made the playthrough on A ND chip!  The first time I did it At InetBet and had no problems!

Here, it is denying my cashout of the $100 (the ND chip max) for different reasons.  (1) Bank draft cashout denied because it has A $250 minimum,  (2) Use My Wallet denied since I have never deposited using it before, (3) Other methods denied because I am from the USA!

So, if you are from the USA,  this may be one of those deals where the casino has all the Withdrawl options cleverly plugged! 

I have sent them an email to see what I must do to get the Use my wallet option enabled (Small deposit thru QuickTender with no Wage Req?)

I will post my final results.

So far Winnington, my $100 withdrawl is on track for success!  I went to their Web Page and downloaded A required Faxback form (Blank).  I carefully followed All the instructions to complete this document.

I then Emailed this completed form, Copy of my Iowa ID, and A Copy of My VISA debit card that I sometimes use for deposits at other online casinos. I zipped all thes together creating An attachment file to my request that "QuickTender" option for withdrawls please be enabled and  also asked them to kindly notify ne when it was enabled.

About two days later, I got an Email happily informing me that my documents were all in order.  The quicktender option was now available for the withdrawl.  After I revisited their casino, I executed A Use-My-Wallet withdrawl request.

It is now pending Aproval.  Their terms using QT specify 2 business days to complete.  I do not exprct my funds until Monday or Tuesday since it was A Friday morning before I was able to trigger the casino software's cashout function.

I will post my final results, but I feel positively toward A successful Cashout!

Unfortunately, I somehow managed to bust with less than $150 playthrough remaining.  Was hovering around $120 for the vast majority of the playthrough on minimum bj bets, then took a nose dive right at the end.

Started increasing my bets to compensate (didn't want to bother with a faxback form + opening a new e-wallet unless it was for the max) as I was losing, and ended up losing everything quite quickly.

I think I need to change my forum name to losington. 

Nevertheless, got probably 8 hours play out of it, so thanks Pure Vegas.  I just wish the blackjack playthrough was as advertised.  That 300x playthrough on bj was a marathon.

You sure do got that correct Shelli! My usual style, at RTG casinos anyway, is not  paying close enough attention to by balance!

When an RTG casino hits the playthrough amount, the software adjusts the balance down automatically. I believe it reduces whatever balance one has down to the Maximum Cashout amount! If A player happens to not be paying attention when this occurs, most likely,the balance will be even lower due to continued slot play from A player who is yet unaware his balance was greatly reduced from the casino!

I signed up via instantly play but through the link here.  The code was a no go so I called support and before the rep even asked for my account info she gave the excuse I signed up through the wrong affiliate and the only promos that are dependable are the ones on the website.  I then said well I would appreciate if she would look at my specific account instead of giving me a generalized answer.  She pulled it up and said it was as she thought and then when I asked which affiliate I signed up through because I only use one she said she did not know.
