Hi Zuga! I'm a newbie with a stupid question and thought you could enlighten me. I happened to click on your link to Grand Mondial to check it out. I am from the US so I realize I'm not allowed. But why right at the top of the GM link page do they have:

Are there a lot of players from other countries that come to the US just to call them?
I think that if they are going to accept calls from the US, then they should accept players from the US.

But really why have phone listings specifically for countries that are NOT accepted to play?

The only thing that I can think of is that USA are allowed to continue to play if they already had an existing account on there.  That being the case - they would need a telephone number to call if they had a problem.

I can't think of any other reason.
