    Good question! For every 10 dollars wagered you get 1 point*. every 100 points = $1.00. Whenever you would like to redeem them, simply chat to customer service and they can do for you right away. Please note, you must have made at least one cash deposit to have redeemed them. Thanks and good luck!

    Progressives are the games on the network that have the biggest payouts. when you login and click progressives you will see the tab there. You cannot play those for this bonus..

  • Hi Casinojack, I still can not get my payout. I went to the Moneygram office last week and they recognised me and where the payment was supposed to come from and they will NOT give me any money sad
    I know you're probably sick of me, but will it be possible to get my payment at all by some other method??

  • i have no idea if this will work for you but when i got my money i went to CVS (a drug store) got the location on line did not deal with a real person but a phone and it was all computorized and a machine printed out a money order that i cashed Good LLuck

  • I have a question maybe someone can answer. Why is it that each time you make a cashout request at Playfair you have to send in a copy of you ID and CC information. If they have payed you out in the past shouldn't they have this information already. And if you used your cc to deposist shouldn't they have this information on hand.
