How come 'processors' is trotted out every time as an excuse. If I have an email from them confirming they received my payout request and reps confirming the same, just send the bloody money

Also, if you have a balance, let Nic know when it your balance is zero-they usually don't put your money in if you have a balance.

You are not bonus eligible, therefore, you are not able to claim your free chip. Sorry. I do wish you the best at other casinos. And we don't penalize our players for winning; we simply don't give out free money to everyone always, there is a big difference between the two.

you do not pay everyone always, sorry to say. I'm only told today I'm bonus ineligible...not prior to, during or even after the contest. Only now....and why? for which reason?  I play, I deposit. I was given zero reason. The only thing I happen to do is WIN at your casino. So why the bonus ban?
