L'acquisizione di GTECH di International Game Technology PLC (IGT) è completa da Martedì.
Le due società saranno conosciute come International Game Technology PLC (IGT PLC) per il futuro. La base di partenza sarà a Londra con sede operativa a Roma, Italia; Providence, Rhode Island; e Las Vegas e Nevada.
La negoziazione delle azioni IGT PLC inizierà del 7 aprile 2015 sul New York Stock Exchange.

Ho sentito parlare di alcune società di gioco d'azzardo che commerciano le loro azioni in borsa e ora questo nuovo consorzio farà quello che penso sia interessante. GTEH ha avuto alcuni problemi in passato e non molto tempo fa, ma vedrà in futuro se tale acquisizione li aiuterà a diventare un'azienda migliore.
I've heard for some gambling companies who trade their shares at the stock exchange and now this new consortium will do that which is interesting I think. GTEH had some problems in the past and not so long ago but will see in future if that acquisition will help them to become a better company.
