Hello, hope I'm posting in the right place adn right manner.
I initiated a bitcoin transfer via Paybis.com on 1/14/2022 for the casino SlotsVilla. It was successfully sent to the bitcoin address I obtained on the casino website on their deposit page. Slotsvilla did receive it as shown on the photo I can provide, however, they "denied" it. They did not "fail" it , they "denied" so they made that decision. I reached out to them via their chat and they said they did not get it. I told them the bitcoin address used was from their site and went through successfulling. Then they ignored me. Then I chatted again they said to email them. No response this is obviously a big problem as it was $185. I have proof of the deposit and of them denying it. thank you
