Its not so much my favorite movie but definately the movie that scared me the most. The Ring. I was watching that terrifying movie in my bedroom lights off (big mistake) and just when it was one of the scariest scenes the tv turns off with no explination. Your watching a movie about a ghost that comes out of the tv and the tv turns off, yeah didnt sleep well that night at all. A didnt want to watch any more scary movies after that but a couple of years later I watched one of the Grudge movies and it scared me so much havent watched one again.
Non è tanto il mio film preferito ma sicuramente il film che mi ha spaventato di più. L'anello. Stavo guardando quel film terrificante con le luci della mia camera da letto spente (grosso errore) e proprio quando era una delle scene più spaventose la tv si spegne senza alcuna spiegazione. Stai guardando un film su un fantasma che esce dalla TV e la TV si spegne, sì, non ho dormito affatto bene quella notte. Dopo non volevo più guardare altri film dell'orrore, ma un paio d'anni dopo ho guardato uno dei film di Grudge e mi ha spaventato così tanto che non ne ho più guardato uno.

Mentre, come sicuramente saprai, la maggior parte dei rappresentanti del genere terribile cerca semplicemente di spaventare con fiabe e ombre. No, ecco tutto nello show "Mostrami, non dirmelo" e le cose sono fatte da spettatori professionisti.

My Favourite Horror Movies are all Classics from 70s 80s and 90s. John Carpenter (Halloween,The Thing) Wes Craven (Scream,Nightmare on Elm Street) and George A.Romero (Dawn of the Dead) are the most influential Horror Movie Directors.
I also like the Chucky/Child's Play and Hellraiser series,one of my Favourites are also Jeepers Creepers,The Midnight Meat Train and From Dusk Till Dawn.

Even if I don't watch very often horror movies, I still have a favorite one that is definitely Insidious (2010)

Many of the movies from your lists looked.Some of them could not be watched until the end.Many in my childhood, pretty creepy and bloody movies.

It`s original approach to horror movie and kind of parody to all cliche. Not the best movie but 100% worth his time.

I do not know if it is thought of by most people as a horror movie, but the film Requiem for a Dream, directed by Darren Aronofsky, was so disturbing to me that I could not bear to see the final scenes. The downward spiral the characters found themselves in at the end of the film became an increasingly intense living nightmare.
Non so se la maggior parte delle persone lo consideri un film horror, ma il film Requiem for a Dream, diretto da Darren Aronofsky, mi ha disturbato così tanto che non ho potuto sopportare di vedere le scene finali. La spirale discendente in cui si ritrovano i personaggi alla fine del film è diventata un incubo vivente sempre più intenso.

To be honest I don’t like or watch horror films. I have no favourite and I can’t even name one. I get nightmares if I watch them and yes I’m an adult and you can laugh all you want but it’s true! Instead I usually watch comedy or action films to brighten my day.
Ad essere sincero non mi piacciono né guardo i film horror. Non ne ho uno preferito e non riesco nemmeno a nominarne uno. Mi vengono gli incubi se li guardo e sì, sono adulto e puoi ridere quanto vuoi ma è vero! Invece di solito guardo commedie o film d'azione per allietare la mia giornata.

The last horror movie I have seen was "It". I am not sure that it was super scary for me, however, I remember watching the old version of the film when I was like 13 or less. Back then, I was terrified and was scared of clowns for a long time.

Wrong turn is a sick movie, I couldn't watch it. I like Ju-On trilogy, Japan is very artistic with horror movies.
